I’m Sarah Stokes, makeup artist, educator and the face behind Glamming Guru.
I’ve spent more than 14 years in the beauty industry, working across weddings, special events, photoshoots, runway, live television and industry showcases. Every experience has shaped the artist I am today — but what I’ve always loved most is creating something specifically for the person sitting in front of me.
I don’t believe great makeup follows a formula. It’s knowing when to enhance, when to soften, when to add a little more — and when to stop. The goal is a look that works for your features, your style and the way you want to feel.
Teaching has become another important part of my work, giving me the opportunity to share not only technique, but the creativity and confidence that come with learning the artistry of makeup.
Just a little more polished. A little more confident. And completely ready for whatever comes next.
